it seems that some enemies r capable with some overwhelming spells- party instant kill and party charm. so when i encountered them, if i chose not to escape or failed in escaping, i would probably be charmed-three mind control dices, all cast party charm. so i lost control over my main character,  since i couldnt command escape again, the only thing i could do is watching my party fighting with each other, they might wake up once a while and be charmed again..

the worst enemies are those who can cast party instant kill, and the chance of success is high. if i dont escape or kill them in the first round or being assaulted, good luck! you will be watching the enemies casting party instant kill, one by one,round by round. if u r killed, game over. load the game and climb the tower from the teleporter again

Try to fuse some personas strong against darkness/light. These personas might have skills like null death,repel death. Equip one of them, at least your protagonist could survive the death/expel spell, the enemies will lose their turn,then you can escape or continue to fight.

多存盘，p3就是这样，等级不够的时候很容易全灭。
